1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. All appointment cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance.

1.2. If a client cancels their appointment within a duration shorter than 4 hours, a cancellation fee of $30 will be charged.

1.3. Cancellation requests can be made by contacting our customer service team via phone or email.

1.4 If a client does not show up for an appointment they booked without informing us, they are accountable for the whole fee.

2. Gift Vouchers

2.1. Gift vouchers issued by Next Level Wellness and Recovery Centre are valid until the expiration date mentioned on the voucher.

2.2. It is the responsibility of the recipient to use the gift voucher before the expiration date.

2.3. If a gift voucher is not used before the expiration date, it will be deemed null and void.

2.4. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of payment.

3. Liability

3.1. Next Level Wellness and Recovery Centre shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to clients or their personal property while using our services.

3.2. Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions or allergies before availing our services.

3.3. Next Level Wellness and Recovery Centre will not be responsible for any adverse reactions or consequences resulting from the failure to disclose such information.

4. Privacy

4.1. Next Level Wellness and Recovery Centre respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Modifications

5.1. Next Level Wellness and Recovery Centre reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates.
